Well it started out well the first time after the server told me they did not have the Steak egg and cheese biscuit, she get my meal and the food was great, so much so I went back for more, the same rude server that I was willing to over look because the food was so great, sold me a stake egg and cheese biscuit and OJ and it was A dollar more. When I questioned it the management was very short, about it. So I move this 5 star to 1 star, because of the personal attitude & the fact that they charged me more money for less food. After the crappie services I got in NelsonVille, Ohio and now attitude in Upper Sandusky, Ohio McDonald's needs to do some soul searching.
We had to wait awhile to get our order because it was busy, but we were given free cookies for our wait. This McDonald's is one of the nicer and newer ones I've seen. I would definitely go there again.
Food was hot, service was excellent. The place was clean and very child friendly with coloring crayons and coloring pages on every table.
Food was great, service was horrible!! I was shocked when I nicely said, “have a good day!” And the lady looked at me and slammed the window in my face. So very rude! Really disappointed.
A pleasurable experience this McDonald's has always been pretty fast getting you out the door quickly, although the drinks area could've used some attention and cleaned up a bit but other than that was ok.
