I love that I can order online and earn points for a free pizza. The tool that shows me what's going on with my order is awesome as well. The only thing I'd change would be to be able to use more than one coupon. Also, I'd like to be able to have more flexibility in custom orders. Such as, I'd like to be able to have more than 3 items on my custom pasta order.
