Awesome I called them and within a half an hour they came out and they're also very knowledgeable about horses couldn't ask for a better experience A plus in my book.

If you feel the vet is not listening to what you explain is happening or not listening to what you believe the problem is, please find another one. You will surely know when you find the right one. Let me tell you: It will be worth the "hassle finding the right one.

So please do not take your pet there if it has a major issue or it is an older dog or animal of any kind.

Very Clean, professional and knowledgeable Staff! Super friendly!! We boarded our dog with this office while on vacation and had no worries while we were away!

Friendly service. Very knowledgeable and efficient

But up until now I have not been able to even talk at all about him without breaking down.

Thank you for reading this. It just may, and I hope, it saves your pet.

I wanted so badly to go back up to this place in Upper but knew once I got started telling them what I wanted to, it would turn out bad because of the anger I have for them for killing my best friend that only ever wanted to please me no matter what.

The autopsy (hard to find someone to do it, until I told them he was a service dog) showed exactly what vet in Ks. told me. Autopsy showed the dog died of dehydration because of (can't spell the terminology) a mm puncture in his esophagus and no other issues relating to his death. I inquired about his heart. They confined again there was no issues with his heart.

I took him there 2 more times telling them what I thought. They ignored what I said, again repeating that he is just old. They gave me "water pills" and then injectable then doubled heart pills. I was stupid thinking doc knows best. I contacted a vet I highly appreciate and trust in Topeka Ks. I told her the details. She said that is very obvious and only can be one problem. All licensed vets that complete college is taught this. "Your Boxer had a hole in his esophagus". She explained the food is getting past the hole and getting to the stomach and the water he drinks is going through the hole into his body cavity. The next morning he died.

I took my 10 yr old boxer there several times prior for minor issues. Then one day he started collecting water the day after he was chewing on a piece of wood trying to get a mouse on the farm. The first thing they said was, "well he is getting old". Then said he had congestive heart failure.

I thought about court and actually talked to an attorney that stated he could for sure get their license revoked for intentional gross negligence and malpractice only because the dog was a class1 service animal which is treated as a human as is with K9 dogs.

Find a vet that listens to YOU!

I took him to get an autopsy done because I was so upset.

After taking $100 a month heart pills, (i have been around this dog 24 hrs a day, service dog,) I knew it was not that (get to know every detail of. Dog when around them that much) it was his throats because he would vomit after drinking water. I knew because he could eat a full portion of food, drink water right after eating and vomit but it would be only water tht came back out.
