very clean place. Great staff and food is always hot and fresh not to mention delicious!!!
Friendly service. I wasn't sure what I wanted and the cashier suggested the three cheese roast beef sandwich . it was very good
Came here on a Sunday at 3:30. Stood at register for 5 minutes while several crew members looked at us until Jacinda the team leader eventually walked over and took our order. Jacinda had a bad attitude, she dropped our food onto our tray. She made no attempt to hurry over when she saw we were waiting or apologize for the wait.
The location is dirty, every table had crumbs except 2 and there was only one family eating at that time. There was plenty of staff for someone to wipe the crumbs off of tables. The food is in line with other Arby’s.
Upper Sandusky oh arbys, good, fresh food but service was terrible.order girl was more interested in the floor and her hat than taking our order.a girl leaning on a mop watched me ask for a towel and clean my own table. They were all dirty.09022017
Stopped for a quick dinner to go. Quick service, but so quick that they forgot parts of my meal, which I did not discover until I was 10 miles or so down the road!
