Even with a crowd they seem to move people through well enough so you never have to wait long at all. This is a common travel stop for us and it's good to know food and service will be consistently good.
I ordered a grilled chicken combo and one of the workers came up and said can we get you a home style chicken or a double instead because the grilled chicken will take too long to cook. I then asked her how long and she said 10 mins I said that I would wait and she said it takes too long what would you like instead. I didn't come there for anything else. But she wasn't willing to make it for me so I took a home style chicken instead and it was gross. Bathrooms we're nasty someone needs to come to this Wendy's and clean it up. Hire people that want to work instead of hiring people who want to play.
The service was so fast! The line was out the door, literally standing at the breezeway, and the manager promised us we'd be clear through in five minutes. In seven, I was eating. Everyone was very friendly, especially the manager, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated and clean.
This was the best Wendy's. The restaurant is so clean. The employee's were so friendly.
Wendy's in Ohio is always the best as it's where it hails from. As usual a delicious burger was had and my husband had a some delicious chicken as well.
